In the process of organizing, what is one of the hardest challenges faced?

In contrast, while raising funds, gaining media attention, and building alliances present their own challenges, they are often outcomes of successfully engaging with and mobilizing unorganized workers. Each of these tasks relies on a solid base of support and collective identity that begins with recognizing and connecting with unorganized individuals.
